By downloading or using QuranScroll ("the app"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

The service

QuranScroll helps you reduce distraction by presenting Qur'an reading before you open apps you choose to block, using Apple's Screen Time (Family Controls). Blocking depends on iOS and your device permissions.

Subscriptions & billing

• QuranScroll Pro is offered as an auto-renewing subscription (weekly or yearly).
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings.
• Prices are shown in the app before purchase and may vary by region.
• Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with the App Store terms.

Acceptable use

Use the app for lawful, personal purposes. Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or misuse the service.

Qur'an content

Qur'anic Arabic text and translations are sourced from established, verified editions and provided for personal reading and reflection. Translations are human renderings of meaning and may differ between scholars.

Disclaimers

The app is provided "as is". App blocking relies on Apple's frameworks and device settings, and we do not guarantee it will prevent all access in every situation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the app.

Termination

You may stop using the app at any time. We may suspend or end the service, or these Terms, where reasonably necessary.

Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
